Facial Rejuvenation Acupuncture

In what is sometimes called an "acupuncture face-lift," your body's natural restorative ability is harnessed through the use of very fine needles applied to the face, scalp and neck. Patients of all ages experience both immediate and cumulative effects that help them look and feel their best.

What is Korean Facial Rejuvenation?

Korean Facial Rejuvenation is a sophisticated, non-surgical approach to anti-aging that focuses on the relationship between facial muscles and skin health. Unlike general cosmetic acupuncture, this specialized style utilizes the F.A.C.E. (Facial Acupuncture for Charm and Elegance) system, a protocol developed in Korea to provide a “natural face-lift” by working with the body’s own restorative systems.

The Korean F.A.C.E. System

At Bridge Acupuncture, our lead practitioner, Misook Lee, L.OM., is certified in this specific Korean-style protocol. The F.A.C.E. system is distinctive because it targets the underlying structures of the face through a four-pronged approach:

  • Muscle Tension Relaxation

  • Muscle Tonification

  • Collagen & Elastin Promotion

  • Circulation & Lymphatic Flow

“Following 15 years of routine Botox/Dysport injections, I made the switch to Korean Rejuvenation facials and I couldn’t be happier. While the results are more subtle compared to the immediacy of the injections, my face feels less tense, more natural and increasingly radiant with each session. In addition to the facial benefits, the treatments have also proven to be very nurturing for my abdomen/GI system and overall health. The multitude of benefits from the Korean rejuvenation facial are just not possible with Botox/Dysport injections. Plus, Misook is masterful, precise and compassionate; providing a high level of care during this deep work.”
