As Autumn releases its final breath, we gather together to get ready for the Winter months.

Join acupuncturist and herbalist Paolo Propato, LAc for a morning movement into stillness with Qigong and meditation —attuning body and spirit to the inward flow of Winter.

Qi Gong involves gentle movements coordinated with the breath. It is suitable for all physical abilities. Beginners welcome.
